There are two different RV sites offered: the deluxe and premium. I love the French Broad River Campground because they are so close to the river and close to downtown Asheville so you can have fun at the river and with exploring Asheville. The only hold back may be the size of your RV. The maximum length is 32 feet for one here and they do not offer 50 amps for electric. This campground is perfect for being so close to the river and the woods for outdoor activities. On-site you are able to access the river to go canoeing, kayaking, rafting, fishing, and tubing!

As far as nearby, as I said earlier they are right next to downtown Asheville which makes exploring Asheville easier and all its attractions. Another beautiful option for a riverside view is the Wilson Riverfront RV park. It is wonderful not only with its views but wonderful amenities and service. This is a great place because it is next to a park that offers a lot of fun activities. There you can play hockey, basketball, or even ride your bike on the trails. The RV site rents out bikes perfect for riding around on these trails.

It is also nearby everything you need, making it a great place to camp. They even provide information for you in their office if you have questions about what to do. Not only that but it offers some of the best amenities.

Rutledge is in between Asheville and Hendersonville, perfect for visiting the different sites and attractions nearby. They even rent out boats if you would like to go boating on the river right next to it. It is the perfect location for outdoor adventures and for fun.

I love how their sites come in a variety with some being lakeside, some pull through or whatever you prefer.

There are several great activities you can do especially with great weather for outdoor fun. While you are here, you can hang out at the river, visit a golf club or check out some cool walking trails nearby.
